Los Banos Tree Service provides professional tree care services in Los Banos, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The specific scope of work for any given job is defined in the written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine poses unreasonable risk to our crew, your property, or neighboring properties.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the work required. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing may change if conditions at the job site differ materially from what was visible during the estimate - for example, if hidden structural damage, root complications, or access issues are discovered once work begins. Any significant change to scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
Estimates provided over the phone or by email without an on-site visit are preliminary only and are subject to revision after an in-person assessment.
Once a service appointment is confirmed, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. We understand that situations come up, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
For emergency tree service calls, response time depends on crew availability. We will communicate expected arrival times clearly when you contact us.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a different arrangement has been agreed to in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of estimate.
For larger commercial or multi-day jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins. Any deposit requirements will be clearly stated in your written estimate.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee or referred to a collections process. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve payment issues directly before taking any further action.
You are responsible for providing our crew with safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, pets, and other obstacles before our arrival. Please inform us of any underground irrigation lines, utility lines, or other hazards in the work area before work begins.
If permits are required for the work, we will advise you. In most cases, we assist with or handle permit applications on your behalf, but you remain the responsible party as the property owner. Do not allow work to begin on permit-required jobs until the appropriate approvals are in place.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the job, contact us within 5 business days of service completion and we will make it right. This may include returning to address overlooked debris, completing a missed cut, or discussing the concern and reaching a fair resolution.
Our satisfaction commitment covers the quality of the work we performed. It does not cover conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: subsequent weather damage, natural tree disease or decline after service, or pre-existing structural issues with a tree or property that were not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Los Banos Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service job shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that job.
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
The information on our Site is provided "as is" for general informational purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this Site. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
Tree service involves inherent risks related to working with living trees, natural forces, and outdoor environments. While we take every reasonable precaution to perform work safely and professionally, we cannot guarantee against all outcomes in complex, variable outdoor conditions.
If a dispute arises between you and Los Banos Tree Service relating to our services or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Banos, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. Class action participation is waived.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
